I thought one of the real beauties of watching this play was that it presented so many ideas about the issues and moments that have happened in recent history without telling us how we should think about it. Rather, the play presents a variety of faces to consider. Personally, it was refreshing to witness a piece of theater that challenged my own lack of knowledge and apathy about the potency of these issues. I found it extremely thought-provoking and had lengthy discussions with audience members at the reception afterwards. How often does that happen when one sees a play these days. If I were living in LA, I would seriously be seeing this show every weekend. The actors are wonderful and the direction is supurb! I thank and applaud all of those involved in this show. They have indeed given us a rare gift, particularly the playwright, Christopher Vened.
