I joined Equity just a few years ago in order to have a say in this fight. Now, if Equity has its way, my voice will be silenced and I will be unable to include the kind of theatre that feeds my soul and has allowed me to have a successful career (in both financial and artistic terms) in LA.
I will, however, have time to continue to fight to replace those who say they represent me now. I would rather be pursuing my career and paying my union dues.
I think the clue comes right after the title, Perry:
“A joint message to the Los Angeles community from Pro99 and the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against Equity”
I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say it was written by Pro99 and the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against Equity.
References to the “other” side would be helpful. One-sided articles are not informative. I will google and see what I get before making up my mind about how to support the small theaters I love.

Who is the author of this post? Who wrote this? To whom or who is the person that sat down and wrote this?
Once again I’m asking who wrote this? What is the name of the author of this piece?
